New clients start with a free 15-minute phone consultation. Franny will ask about your hair type, history, and goals to recommend the right treatment. No pressure, no commitment, just an honest assessment of what a Brazilian Blowout can do for your hair.

Appointments run 90 minutes to 3 hours depending on hair length and density, at our private studio at 147 Beach Street in Quincy, MA. You leave the same day with finished results. Pricing depends on your hair, so we keep current pricing on the Service Menu rather than a single number here.

What to Expect

  • Before You Arrive

    Come with clean, dry hair and skip heavy oils, leave-in conditioner or styling product. If you color your hair, lightening services should be done beforehand.

  • During Your Visit

    Franny walks through your hair history and goals again in person, then applies and processes the treatment. Appointments run 90 minutes to 3 hours depending on length and density.

  • Leaving the Studio

    You leave the same day with finished results and no waiting period; wash your hair whenever you want. Franny sends you home with the right maintenance products for your hair.

What happens on the phone consultation?

Franny asks about your hair history, texture and goals, then recommends the treatment and result level that fits, before you ever come in.

How far in advance should I book?

Popular time slots fill up, especially around holidays and weddings, so booking a few weeks ahead gives you the most options.

What if I need to reschedule?

Text or call as soon as you know so the appointment slot can go to another client. Our full policy is on the refund and cancellation policy.

Can I book without a phone consultation?

New clients start with a phone consultation so the appointment is scheduled with the correct treatment and enough time on the books. Returning clients can book directly.

Do you take walk-ins?

No. The studio runs by appointment only so every client gets the full time their hair needs without being rushed. Text or call ahead to schedule your phone consultation.

What if I am traveling from out of state?

Take advantage of the phone consultation before you drive in. We will talk through your hair history and goals and confirm the treatment and appointment length in advance, so there are fewer surprises once you arrive at the studio.
