At Brazilian Blowout Boston, our policies are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for every client and to protect the time and care required for professional smoothing services. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies.

Appointments & Consultations

  • All services are provided by appointment only.

  • New clients are required to complete a phone consultation prior to booking.

  • Consultations allow us to assess hair history, determine the appropriate treatment, and schedule the correct amount of time.

Deposits & Booking

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are applied toward your service total.

  • Appointments are not confirmed without the required deposit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited deposit or service charge.

(Removed: advance notice language and repeated cancellation escalation, per your instruction.)

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Due to the nature of smoothing treatments, services cannot be shortened.

  • Late arrivals may require the appointment to be rescheduled, and applicable fees may still apply.

Service Results & Guarantee

  • Results are based on hair type, condition, history, and aftercare.

  • Brazilian Blowout Boston guarantees professional smoothing results when services and aftercare guidelines are followed.

  • Treatment recommendations are made based on professional assessment to ensure predictable, repeatable outcomes.

Aftercare

  • Following recommended aftercare instructions is the client’s responsibility.

  • Brazilian Blowout Boston is not responsible for results affected by improper aftercare or use of non-recommended products.

Adjustments

  • Concerns regarding results must be communicated within the designated timeframe after your appointment.

  • Adjustments may be offered when appropriate and determined on a case-by-case basis.

Guests & Environment

  • To maintain a calm, professional environment, clients are asked to attend appointments alone unless otherwise discussed.

  • Children and additional guests should not accompany clients to appointments.

Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose relevant hair history, chemical services, and sensitivities during consultation.

  • Brazilian Blowout Boston reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is not deemed safe or appropriate.

Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Accepted payment methods are outlined at booking.
