RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
To avoid any charges, please read our cancellation policy carefully.
Here at Brazilian Blowout Boston, I greatly value my own time and my clients' time. When a client cancels or moves their appointment time, I am left unable to fill that opening, while other clients may have been trying to fit it into their own schedules.
I reserve a significant amount of time on my calendar (2+ hours). Therefore, I respectfully request that you check your calendar carefully before scheduling.
- I require a 100% nonrefundable/nontransferable $120 deposit that will go toward the cost of your service. If your appointment is moved, canceled, or changed in any way, regardless of any advance notice given, this deposit will be forfeited.
- Any late arrival exceeding 15 minutes will result in having to reschedule your appointment, as well as the loss of the $120 deposit.
- "No Show" appointments will be charged 100% of the service booked.
I understand that "life" happens, and serious emergencies may arise. Please call/text me as soon as possible to let me know what has happened and what to expect. Communication is key! Your understanding is appreciated.
