Refund policy

At Brazilian Blowout Boston, we want every client to be happy with their visit. Here is how we handle cancellations and refunds.

Appointments & Cancellations

We ask for as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion. If we ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available time.

Refunds on Services

Because every treatment is a professional service performed in person, completed services are not eligible for a cash refund. If you are unhappy with your results, contact us as soon as possible so we can look at your hair and make it right.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire.

Retail Products

Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened products are not eligible for return. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
